They were great with time and were quick with resetting a key after I installed a new ignition switch. Also, very friendly. The one thing that bothered me is they weren’t up front about a $29.99 service/dispatch fee for coming out until it came time to take payment. Definitely was a surprise and did not appreciate that type of business practice with withholding up front costs. Will not recommend this locksmith!!

The locksmith was timely and nice and polite and worked hard to not damage my car, and got my car unlocked quickly. But it costed $250 for them to pick it. I could’ve taken more than a day off work to mess with a coat hanger and it would’ve been better overall. The company charged way too much for 3 minutes of picking the lock. Rude as hell. I called because I thought I lost keys during hike. I ended up finding them a half an hour later. They called shortly after to confirm I needed it, I told them no and they hung up on me. Hour later, they called again, demanding $29 fee for dispatching and me not being there and I told them no because I already told them I didn't need it before they dispatched, and they hung up on me mid sentence.
