I was charged 237.00 for a " new" key. The new chip key wouldn't program. The tech was very nice but had to duct tape my old key to my old fob to get my car started. I was advised to call the Toyota dealer. I did the next day and they asked me why I paid for a duct taped key. They advised I call this company to ask why. The 2nd person I spoke to, a woman insisted I had a new key. This was in spite of me sending her the picture of the duct taped key. When I questioned further, she hung up on me.
