Terrible business. Seems more like a scam. Require money up front. Supposed to be at my mother's by 10am. She gets a text they canceled it that morning as they had no one available. What kind of business works like that? Sends a text to cancel? Then they say it'll take 1-5 business days to refund her money for a service that was never even attempted to be rendered? Don't bother with such a horrible company, especially if it is an immediate need. Find a REPUTABLE business. This is not a reputable business by any means!
