Convenient, easily done and a great product.
I feel deceived and taken advantage of. On the phone Eli told me the service would be $29, but after he completed the service he told me I owed $250 and asked me to pay him directly on venmo. The process of unlocking my vehicle took less than five minutes and involved no specialized skills. When I asked to see formalized pricing he argued with me, and told me to call his company to dispute the price and named a different company than who I called. I'm unhappy and uncomfortable.
