I was skeptical at first. I thought what happens if it doesn’t work how do I get it fixed? But the key turned out just fine! Worked like a charm. Instructions were easy to understand! Thank you for another quick and easy self serve convenience!

My experience has been a bit varied over the years, but I just got three keys made at the kiosk in the Safeway on Solano, and they all worked perfectly. Plus I got two keys for the price of three - woo hoo!

I even paid extra for the "high performance" cutting. The resulting key looks practically like a blank, and does not work in my lock at all. Standard house key tumblr lock. Upgrading review to 2 stars since I was apparently able to get a refund right away via text message/website. To get higher than that, the key would need to work.

It was easy enough to pay for and create the key, in fact it was quite convenient since the kiosk was in my supermarket, however, the key that was cut does not work in my lock. It’s a rather aging lock/key and the teeth of the key have been worn down and rounded over time. The key that came out of the kiosk had sharp, pointy edges and it won’t engage my lock. I’m going to use a metal file and see what I can try to do to fix it, but as of this moment, it was a bust for $10.99
