I copied a regular house key, selected a standard new key, did not request any extras like polishing. The new key has sharp edges but even worse, does not work in the intended door. So disappointing. .

I opted for the smoother cut the first time and none of the keys were. I returned a second time and did not choose that option and had no issues with the keys. They were made quickly with no issues. Note that this was the second location that I had to go to. I also went to one on Los Padres at a 7-Eleven that was broken. The attendant at the store was not very helpful in offering any type of suggestion and just stated that they don't own the machine.

I used the kiosk at a grocery store but I don’t think I read the instructions correctly so my keys didn’t work I replied to a text and I was refunded immediately Went back a few day later to try again fully following the instruction and the key works perfect Have to go back and get 2 more keys Very convenient and great customer service Thank you

I like the experience in getting my key copied but the options at the kiosk are limited and could wait for my key to be delivered.
