The keys worked perfectly. In the past, I have had this same key copied at a hardware store, and the key was difficult to turn. The ability to get a new key in the future using my fingerprint is a clever way to protect against future lock-outs.
Waiting until an actual "working" program key arrives (un like your first attempt). Your customer service is good though...
Awful, took over 4 hrs to arrive after they advised they would be 35 min, did not respond to check on status and when they arrived it only got worse as they overcharged and caused damage to a door.
