never ever use the kiosk at the stores. they say they will ship the key, which was stupid to begin with. but when it doesn't show up in your mail box and it says it was delivered, it takes all sense of security away and you have to change your locks because the thought that someone has your house key gives you anxiety. terrible service. don't use unless you want your stuff stolen. then all they do is give you a refund and say there is no way someone would know there is a key in the envelope.... unless they OPEN IT!!! terribl... read more
