We are wrapping up a nearly two year construction project and had some specific needs for multiple structures on our property. I needed extra keys for a new lock and decided to save time and use the KeyMe kiosk at the grocery store where I shop. The process was quick and easy and I walked away with the keys I needed. I didn't like that I needed to pay an extra $2.95/key to get the keys brushed to remove any metal filings when the cost of each key was already $11.95. If i had gone to the local hardware store, a decorative key would have cost me $5.95. This time, the convenience was worth it.
Guy came out to make a new key to my car. He didn’t program it correctly and still made me pay. I called about it and they sent him back out just for him to tell me that it has to be something wrong with my car, even though the dash is showing the anti theft light indicating that the key isn’t properly programmed. Then tells me to try a different locksmith and if they can do it he will give my money back. I had to borrow money to pay him. It’s horrible service and customer service doesn’t help at all.
Price was very very high They charge me $250 for my bedroom door. I would not use this guy’s again!!!!
The best service I could have asked for. This guy is simply amazing. He arrived within 15 minutes. He worked professionally. He brought the best price in the area. He is simply a wonderful guy and their customer service is simply great. Highly recommend.
