Absolutely unacceptable service. My wife initially called this locksmith for help, and instead of receiving professional assistance, she was met with rude and dismissive behavior. Hoping to clarify the details myself, I called back to get more information about pricing and estimated arrival time. What followed was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've encountered.
