Worst service of my life , they collected 200 from me and never serviced and when I called they kept sending me to different numbers and blamed me for calling the wrong number. When I literally called the same number I called the first time In my recent call list. Then said I’m calling the wrong company cause they have no records of my information and as I’m on the phone I get a cancellation message from the keyme company that the phone person said I never called. THIS IS NOT A LOCKSMITH. This is an overpriced DIY key cutting kiosk that produces subpar duplicates. So is every KeyMe and Minutekey you see listed anywhere. If you call for their “locksmith services” they route you to a random 3rd party con job that is going to be a, most likely foreign, very rude, vague and unhelpful call center that will take your personal information and send it to (in most cases) an under-trained independent 1099 contractor that is going to quote a low service call price and attempt to charge you a for... read more

I called at 8:03 it’s almost 10 pm I had to work and work and work at it just to get my car unlocked I called and they said a technician will reach out to you soon no one ever called or reached out this business can be a very good business to be in when your very on top of your game with reaching out to customers and making sure there needs are met and they are satisfied but when I wait almost two hours and end up having to go get things to do it myself your missing out on opportunity’s to grab customers that will tell other... read more
