Service person did not convey that the original key will be disabled by their process. As far as I understand one may add or replace a key code. Service person replaced the existing code without asking about reuse of original key once found and thus disabled the original key with remote features. Guess I should have inquired as to their processes. Now I have an OEM multifunction remote key that will not start the car and 2 non-remote keys which may only manually start the car. They took forever to contact me back, as in 2 hours. Also when giving the price i was told 2 different prices.
Customer service hung up on me in the middle of asking a question very rude..
