Contacted them multiple times by text, phone, and visited a kiosk for help duplicating my car fob. Zero response. Hate to think how responsive they would be in an emergency. Response to KeyMe's comment: I have called your helpline repeatedly. Everyone says 'someone will call you back.' It's been over one week. Your customer service is lousy. I am sorry I threw away money in trusting your 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
