I didn't use the service I want to be clear about that. I did call for a quote for a VW key and got transferred 3 times at least and then they asked for my home address. I was calling what I thought was a local company but I have no idea where I was being bounced around to. I declined to give my address and I'll try somewhere local
My keys were stolen, had the lock drilled out to be replaced. They damaged the door drilling out the lock and charged me 50% more than I was quoted on the phone. Anyone owning a drill could of done what they did, but better
I have used KeyMe Locksmiths before, this is the first time the keys didn’t work. I emailed customer service and was given a refunded right away, no hassle.
My key didn’t work and they wanted to upsell me 1.99 for a smoother cut
