I used Keyme Locksmiths because I was locked out of my house on the weekend. They hire individual contracted locksmiths to come out to your house. They told me that a locksmith was on their way and it would take 30-45 minutes. The locksmith called me and said they would take 40 minutes. They did come for about an so I tried calling the customer service and they said that the locksmith would call me to give me a call but they never did. My 95 year old mother was charged $950 DOLLARS by “David” from KeyMe in Claremont CA. She had wanted someone to come open her Office Depot rolling file box because she’d forgotten the combination. (I could have opened the locks with a butter knife!) Anyway, apparently “David” showed up, screwed around with the locks for a while, and invoiced my mom for $950.
