Emergency service was advertised aggressively. Actual response time was extremely slow. The technician appeared inexperienced. Basic tools were missing. The job took longer than necessary. Lock was not handled carefully. Minor damage was caused. No responsibility was taken. Pricing lacked transparency. Customer support was unhelpful. Service standards were poor.
They charged me $225 for a job that took less than a minute. I'm ok for paying a decent amount for a locksmith especially if they had to come to my house, but that seems like robery.
SCAM. They lied about what I was quoted then confirmed with their customer service rep the price for everything would be $250. The invoice I was given was $326. When I asked the locksmith why their was a $76 increase, he shrugged.
