Got 3 keys made and they didn't work. I was really upset and gave this place 1 star because of this. BUT a staff member called me back and showed genuine concern because I did not enjoy my experience. They even refunded me fully my money without me having to show them my receipt. So now they get 4 stars from me!
Waste of time and money
They should not be posted here and the box is very expensive and useless. Google should not list them with locksmiths and it’s misinformation and causes waste of time and money for customers strainded in an emergency and it’s a big liability and security issue ... avoid this to save time and money
I went to Rite Aid to get a key made and the cashier showed me the automated key-making machine. Very simple to use. Took about 10 minutes total because I had 3 keys made (there was a buy 2 get one free promotion on the screen!). It cost me $10.90 including tax for the three keys (I also got the first two at 1/2 off!). I would definitely use this machine again in the future.
