Complete sham. This is a third party that gouges customers and stiffs locksmiths. They claimed to have a locksmith ready to go and commanded payment over the phone up front. I continued getting texts that they were trying to find a locksmith nearby... This after telling me someone was on standby and ready to dispatch. They tried to charge a $60 cancellation fee for the locksmith's time (the locksmith that didn't exist) then they couldn't ever find one regardless. Just skip them and call an independent locksmith. False advertisement as they state and advertise that they are In this and surrounding areas 24 hrs but then says they do not service my area or surrounding areas as they advertise
