Had to call three times because the first time the tech never called me, then when he finally did he said he was almost here… half hour goes by, still not here then 45 minutes goes by and still not here!! When the guy showed up three hours after my initial call, he was here 2 minutes got my door unlocked and charged me $214.00!!!! This is robbery at its finest
