Fake account
Be super careful about their misleading instructions shown on kiosk screen! The default tab “most popular” will show you the option that you cannot get a copy of your key right away; you’ll have to wait several days until they ship that copy to you. And the customer service staff was inpatient. Now I end up with an additional copy that I won’t need anymore. Btw they charge for brass home key twice as much as in other locksmiths.
So convenient. No waiting in line or dealing with unfriendly people. Keys were good and priced fair
