I got 6 keys made. They give you an option to not have to wait and have them shipped. I waited. It didn't take long at all. The keys were all exactly the same. All work in the lock with no catching, smooth as the original.
Good but $12 for one basic key is outrageously pricey. It felt a rip off.
The new key came out perfect. No issues at all.
