The key turned out to be a bad duplicate - but staff were eager to fix the issue and refunded my money promptly. We'll try again!
One word: Useless. I called, got an automated answering system. It asked me to enter my ZIP code. After doing so, it told me there was no service in that area. When someone's keys are locked in his car, that's the last thing he wants ro hear. Found a local, independent locksmith. Had my car unlocked in 5 minutes.
