They don’t have my model in the kiosk, So I placed a order for delivery 10 DAY AGO, and still don’t have it.
It’s fast and the key works fine but the price is way too high and the quality of the key itself is garbage. Cheap foreign materials
I needed to have a smaller (mailbox) key shipped because the machine only has standard keys. I paid for 2 keys, but one didn't work. I sent in a message to KeyMe, but they didn't respond at all. I had no issues with the 5 standard size (House / Garage) keys I had made. So if I never did the mail key, I'd be giving a 5. If they responded to my message about one key not functioning, id still give a 5 for general cost and convenience, but because I took the time to write in my issue AFTER they solicited my response via customer... read more
Connected me to local lock Smith, tdl llc. They charged me over $750 just to change the lock of the front door of my business. He was not going to take checks or credit card. He said they take zelle or cash only after he finished his job.. I feel I got ripped off.
I love that this kiosk saves your keys and that it’s safe and secure with fingerprint protected function! Saved my day!
