Too bad I can't leave ZERO stars. Iwas just ripped off by this company. I call, they say a locksmith will call me right back. The locksmith says he'll charge a service fee. I say "do you think you can fix my broken lock?" He says in his most positive voice, "I think I can FIX that. I will come to your house I am only 15 minutes away, very close by. I come very soon. I think I can HELP you." I tell him I NEED a guy who can FIX my lock. He says 'I think I can DO that. I will come right away." He shows up and looks at the door.... read more
