It shows 2 locations that are within 5 miles of my house, yet when I call, an automated voice picks up and asks for the zip code in which you need a locksmith. I enter zip. It says, sorry there are NO LOCKSMITHS FOUND IN YOUR AREA. Tried a different zip. Same thing. Hung up because this is obviously a waste of time and not what it is advertised to be. Screw this place for wasting 15 minutes of my life for no reason!!!
Super easy to find kiosk. Described very well on Google maps. Keys were cheaper than I thought they would be. They all fit the designated doors. Didn't take every long either. Super convenient. And got some cool designs. Even got a free key as well.
Wife locked my keys in the trunk. KeyMe charged me$147.95 ahead of time then texted me to tell me they could not help me. Stated they would "credit" my account back for the money they took within a week or so. So disappointed in businesses that take advantage of consumers in this fashion. What if that would have been my only funds to get services ? If no refund comes I will be in touch with Yelp, the state office of the attorney general and others.
