I appreciate the service provided however. After completing the work i was informed it would run $250. Which then i noticed my card was charged $279. I was not informed of a extra service fee. if you ask what is the total cost? you are told $250 that should be it. I was given today a receipt that i can barley understand with no actual header on it from the company and it looks like a toddler filled this out. I feel hidden fees not agreed upon is very sneaky. Again grateful for the service.

Needed a door lock unlocked on a house I’m selling. Told the locksmith twice on our first call that I was out of state, and that I wasn’t there. He gets to my property address and calls me, agitated that I’m not there and says he can’t unlock it if I’m not there. Not sure why he didn’t think of that when he first called me, but Jose B needs to listen.

I called at 2:45 for a lock out service, and I was told it would be 20 minutes. I called wondering what was going on and they told me they had the wrong address. They told me they would send someone else out. Then the locksmith called asking where I was, he was given the wrong address again. The locksmith didn't show up until 4:15.
