These guys can be shady. I called to give my information, they said they will have a technician contact me. No one called for 10-15 minutes so I called someone else and called them back to cancel. They tried to get me to pay a $99 fee even though their technician never contacted me.
Was a kiosk inside Ralph's. Machine not on and not responding to any input Aug 11 2025. Home Depot Cypress had $5/key and ended up using thay kiosk.
Very convenient! Decent price and produces a key in less than 5 minutes!
The Kiosk told be it couldn’t create the key, had me set-up a mail order to have the key mailed to my house, then it made two keys, and I only wanted one, and of course they you guys charged me for 3 keys! I only wanted one! I try to support the Kiosk business, but this was just wrong! Please at the very least re-fund me for the order to mail me a key. I can deal with the two keys. Thanks.
