I had accidentally misplaced the house keys for a house that I was housesitting for the home owner. I called and frantically explained the situation and asked that this be handled discreetly because I was just super embarrassed. I was disappointed more than anything. I had a security light that would not turn off in my car and called to ask if they knew how to remove that light, they said they could check it out and see what they can do, when he said there was a $30 charge I ask if they have ever worked on this type of problem or if they are familiar with it before I continue, he said he could check it out and tell me from there.
