The representative didn't try to help me solve my problem, and I felt she didn't even listened. I first asked if they can actually copy/clone my car key and she said yes, then she asked for my zip code and said they don't offer services there and almost hung up. After I told her I will drive to the service provider (locksmith guy) She gave my number to a service provider. He called me and said he: "Cannot copy the car key I have.."
