They took my money and cancelled the appointment 10 minutes later. They texted me and told me to call. When I called I was attacked and not able to talk. Don’t use this company
I used Keyme to re key 8 locks on my home. I didn't find out until Technician arrived that the cost was $59.00 per lock. I shopped around after and found Ace Hardware charges $15-$30 and other locksmiths quoted about the same. The Technician, Dan, was courteous and efficient. The locks were re keyed and I was given 2 keys. He was unable to make 2 more keys. Dan helped to secure a broken dog door with 3 screws as well. Key was cut completely wrong and not even close to the key that was inserted into the machine
