Absolutely ridiculous - I called their dispatcher, who refused to give me an estimate over the phone. When I finally heard from their technician, he told me it would be “$30 for the trip charge, and $80 for the labor” When he arrived, he billed me $30 for the trip, and $139 for the labor. While watching our children at our home, my mother in law called these guys to install a new door handle that was previously purchased from Amazon. They quoted her 605$ to install just the handle. The keypad/deadbolt was working fine. Not realizing this was double what others charge for the same service, she agreed. They must’ve seen an easy victim in her. My daughter lost her keys at work and called this locksmith because they said they could program a new fob and their location was listed 2 blocks away from her. She waited over an hour and a locksmith never showed up. When she called and cancelled they charged her card (which they ask for before they send a locksmith) $30 because they said they had a locksmith en route.
