The Worst Experience at a Business I’ve ever had by Far. I got 2 Car Key replacements & both broke & or Deprogrammed from Car within 2 weeks. Very Shady Business, They avoid calls about previous installations until the warranty expires & refuse to fix mistake. They don’t have a storefront, all their calls are from call centers & They have many different google ads to spread out their bad reviews among each posting. Called them out for what I believed was a "frozen" lock on a side yard gate. (It hadn't been opened in years, but thought I'd get it taken care of.) I was told over the phone that there was a $29 fee to come out , but that if I used there service for repairs, that fee would roll into or apply to the total. When tech came out (to his credit he appeared within 15 minutes), I was immediately told that lock could not be fixed and needed replacement. Was quoted $295 for new lock.
