Quality of the key was not very good. Super jagged and they wanted an additional fee to “smooth it out”. Plus the fact that the most affordable key was $12. I had no choice due to time but Home Depot offers the same thing for least then half of this. Convenience = no the best quality or price hence the three star.
Called multiple times and was told a technician would call and could help. They never called back so I kept calling and getting the same answer until I finally received a text an hour later saying they couldn't get there until the next day. Terrible service.
Convenient and it’s is an accurate cut of the original key
Getting a new key made was super easy. I just followed the instructions on the screen and then paid. It only took a few minutes for my key to be made.
