Terrible experience and would not wish this service on anyone I care about. They took advantage of an incredibly vulnerable situation. I locked my keys in the trunk with no way to get into my car or house. Called and was hustled into getting a technician to come without a clear estimate. The technician was incredibly condescending and broke my car handle and still couldn't fix my problem. They still charged me. Excellent service and fast. It only takes like 10 minutes to get your new key
Quality of the key was not very good. Super jagged and they wanted an additional fee to “smooth it out”. Plus the fact that the most affordable key was $12. I had no choice due to time but Home Depot offers the same thing for least then half of this. Convenience = no the best quality or price hence the three star. UPDATE: Well the key I made actually ended up not even working so went to Home Depot and surprise, worked perfectly. What a joke, avoid this machine if you ever see it.
