Excellent service and fast. It only takes like 10 minutes to get your new key
Quality of the key was not very good. Super jagged and they wanted an additional fee to “smooth it out”. Plus the fact that the most affordable key was $12. I had no choice due to time but Home Depot offers the same thing for least then half of this. Convenience = no the best quality or price hence the three star. UPDATE: Well the key I made actually ended up not even working so went to Home Depot and surprise, worked perfectly. What a joke, avoid this machine if you ever see it.

Called multiple times and was told a technician would call and could help. They never called back so I kept calling and getting the same answer until I finally received a text an hour later saying they couldn't get there until the next day. Terrible service.
