None of my 3 keys worked
Key didn’t work
Would not give me a quote on the phone, said a technician had to give me a quote, over all customer service was short and rude, when I declined and said I’ll go somewhere else. Because I explained I was looking for a brick and mortar for a quick key copy thanked him and hung up. Moments later an angry technician kept calling and calling because I was declining the call, until I picked up and then yelled at me because I didn’t want their service. Very unprofessional. Will never use them for any lock service.
Cut my key incorrectly. I made sure the key was inserted but still ended up with the keys not matching completely.
They keys did not work when I got them home. Not even close and I followed the directions on the screen exactly as it said.
