Absolutely beyond terrible. Me and my boyfriend got locked out of the house for the first time ever in our lives so we have to call a locksmith. We have no idea who to use so we call this place. The process started well and after asking, we were told we would pay a certain amount. Price was very reasonable so we decide to go ahead and get someone out. Had a hard time finding a key for my lock. The kiosk had it and it worked perfectly.
Just garbage overpriced from the locksmiths
Keys were made quickly and worked. Likely not going to another locksmith again if I can find one of these boxes. A box in bed bath and beyond made my keys. No humans involved.
