I've used this kiosk in the past and it worked well enough, however the Bed Bath and Beyond its located in went out of business and therefore the kiosk is no longer accessible.
Fast and easy great experience
I was literally charged a service charge and the guy drove off. He was rude and refused to open my car. Can't trust this company. Not recommended
Terrible, they give you the run around for hours. Called the first time, they said 10-40 minutes. Called when they were 20 minutes late, they said the tech was looking for me. The Tech then called me and said he was 20 minutes away. An hour pasted I called again the customer service gave me the run around again. At the end no one ever came.
Called at 10am because I was locked out of the apartment. I was they would be here by noon at the latest. It is now 2:45pm and I’m still waiting. I have talked to their tech 3 times and been told they are on their way each time. Do not use this company.
