Super convenient, but pricy for what you get. Similar service at hardware store is less than half the price. Only 2 of my 3 copies of the key worked once I got back to check the locks.
Fast and efficient service
Terrible company. Terrible service. It's not even worth finishing this review. EDIT: Now the company is spamming with calls from random contracted locksmiths and wasting my time, so it is worth finishing this review. Their prices are 2x what their competition is because their contract technicians set their prices with no consistency. Their operators and their technicians are incomprehensible on the phones. The woman I talked to was extremely rude when I asked her if they are the lock smith or if the third party it out. She then hung up when I kept asking because she wouldn’t answer the question.
Had to pay 160 just to open my car /: over the phone I told them to tell me the price and they wouldn’t . Also told me they were gonna tell me the price before they showed up. They just showed up to my address. and then said my key was done almost paid 500$ for a new key until my dad got home and said it was fine and fixed it right away in Two minutes. Almost got scammed twice but they scammed me once.
