My experience with KeyMe has been broken promises and inflated pricing. Keys cost way more than normal and lockouts will cost you at least $130, what’s worse, they said they would find me a tech within 20 mins; after 30 mins I get a message, they have cancelled the service because they couldn’t find a tech. I called around and found someone who would do the same service for under $100 and was available within 20 minutes. KeyMe are middlemen. Do your research and save yourself some time and money.

It was fairly easy and a very short wait. I unfortunately didn’t get one of my keys in the custom I wanted, that was supposed to be available at the kiosk. But the representative on the phone was able to refund me quickly while I was still at the kiosks. Their service was great and I would definitely recommend it to others!
