Completely conned by this company. Rang to find the cost of replacing a lock and was told £45! Once here I was told the job cost £512.I paid because I panicked. Just been to my local locksmith- they knew of this rogue company- their charge would have been £180 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The first time I called, they said it would be 30-45 minutes before my appointment. The second one went to voice mail; the third told me that there were no available slots for today or tomorrow (I had called on both Tuesday and Friday). When calling about next week's availability—VOICE MAIL PLEASE!!! These people have really bad service all around: show up just once without being picked up even though you're assured of an arrival time with every single telephone conversation
I wish I had read the reviews. I have just been ripped off by this company too. I was quoted £59 + VAT for a job over the phone with Chris (apparently), who understood what the issue was with the lock. When the locksmith came out this morning, he charged £100 + VAT for a 10 second job. I timed him. I called to complain and was greeted with a very aggressive person on the phone. I would honestly stay away from this dishonest company.
