Found them at Sam’s Club of Plano, they are great, they changed my key battery for free!! Amazing!
While they do provide quick service, they arrived ill equipped to assist with the issue while charging exorbitant prices. When I called the dispatcher I explained we were locked out of an interior office with no key and would need the door rekeyed or alternatively, the handle replaced. It was not until the tech arrived was it explained he could NOT rekey the door, nor did he have an adequate handle to replace the current.
