Excellent outcome. Better than keys made at Ace hardware and elsewhere. They are cut and finished so they work smoothly every time.
I initially declined their quote due to high fees. The called back dozens of times and I finally answered and the dropped the excessive fees and agreed on a flat fee that was more reaso able. But then the tech hit me with another $10 fee after starting the job and then wanted another 5% Fee added on when I tried to use my debit card. I did get a good working key but I am not a fan of how they do business.
