This is the worst locksmith company I have ever dealt with. They sent the locksmith to a place 30 minutes from where I was located. After they said they would be at my location in 30 minutes to an hour. Four hours later I get a call. The locksmith had been sent to the wrong area miles away from me. After a major run around and after five hours i told KeyMe to forget it I'm calling another locksmith. KeyMe charged me an additional $80 because I canceled them and called someone else. Called them with a question and because they didn't have an answer they hung up on me rather than being polite and saying to me sorry we don't provide that type of service. Not professional in Memphis TN.
I use to make a car key from the kiosk machine. Works well.
Called and placed an order to get my car unlocked at superlo foods in Memphis,tn at 12:01 on 11/27/2021. I called this company because they were only 2.5 miles from where my car is. TWO An D A HALF HOURS LATER still no technician showed to unlock my car! Placed 5 calls during that time to find out how long before a tech would be here. Filt lol Ike a scam to me they ask for my card wouldn't take cash then said just send them to someone who card I can use to pay then tried to send me to someone else after I said I'm ok cause I only have cash. And something about they can't take cash because of health
