Well, I was super hyped to get a key made here and I got home and it didn’t work in the lock. I was so bummed. I requested a refund and they issued it immediately. In a world of nonsense lately, I really appreciate not having to fight with this company when my key didn’t work. I still wish I could get a replacement key as the one I have currently smells super weird, but until then, at least this company tried their best. Also liked the different custom key design options. Thanks brah 🙏🏻
Made a copy of a key and the key does not work in the lock. Very disappointed.
No .... I would have chose no star at all but one key didn't work and I paid over $10 for it 😡
Worked really well and fast. Got the brass key and it was done in machine.
