Called and canceled with dispatch just before driver arrived. Paid $39 trip fee. Original Dispatch said driver would call before arriving with estimate and mentioned nothing of trip fee. Driver states $150 for lockout service then, "how much you can pay?" I got another option and cancelled with your dispatch. Driver and his backup stand insisting $35 trip fee. I give 40 then get $1 in quarters in change. It is what it is. Standard trip fee for a 20 minute drive shows $20 for other services.

I locked myself out of my apartment. Their services cost me $586.36. The technician changed the lock and now it is extremely hard to open. I complained and the technician called me, but was so hard to understand that I had to hang up. I will never use or recommend this company, again.

I called the 1-800 # to get an estimate to copy a car key. They said they would charge me $30 to send a technician out to look at the key and then would provide an estimate but wouldn't give me a real price. They finally said it might be $100-$300. Cheaper than the car dealer, no way!

I used the kiosk to copy an ordinary door key. It worked easily enough. The key had to be mailed. It sticks a tiny bit but works, and I think will work more smoothly after some use.
