If I can go back in time and not use this service I would. Please please do not call them. They call out to different lock smiths in the area, you don't know who you are getting. Then I was charged $773 for a re-key and lock change. I felt completely taken advantage of. The invoice given had no work product listed or the name and contact information of the locksmith used. Scam Scam Scam. The next day my coworker had trouble getting in with the new lock! Also a screw was missing. Do not make my mistake.
When you call this company you are getting a different company coming out to do the service. They are not locksmiths they are just a broker and sub it out to the cheapest locksmith and ad on a fee I have called several of there locksmiths and they will not tell me if they are licensed in New Jersey I suggest that you do your due diligence before hiring them. It is a copy machine no locksmith there. They use k-mart adress which is now closed
