If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve had three keys literally snap and bend like plastic. The first one was the week I got it. I now have to call a locksmith and get a new deadbolt installed because my key snapped in it. Horrible quality and way too expensive to begin with!
Technician arrived right on time and was helpful. Was able to pick our lock quickly and with minimal damage. Only downside is that it was very expensive since they have your balls in a vice. It's best to just visit the kiosk and make spares so you don't have to deal with them.
Couldn't change a lock on my door, they said no-one in my area. I live in Moon.
