Customer service person on the phone was rude and hung up before I could correct their incomplete information. Won't be using their service.
Kiosk was in Bed Bath & Beyond. Scanned the key, confirmed vehicle, and took payment. Functional key arrived in US Mail a few days later. Price and convenience couldn't be beat.
