I lost my only car key and they came to the place where my car is at to produce a new key. The key works. However the price is abnormally high! They charged nearly 800 dollars for a regular mechanical key without any remote function. I understand the fees also include unlocking my car first and after hour service (I called the service around 9 pm), but according to my research, even adding all of these expenses the charge is still much more higher (approx 4 times) than a typical price. Overpriced, slow, up charges for cleaning burrs off when that should be included in the cost. Dubious quality. Only option to continue and get a receipt is to put a phone number in, so they can send you spam messages after asking for reviews
The keys came out quick and exactly as ordered. Very happy with the service.
I tried to get this service to come help me get back into my house and they hung up on me when I asked how much it would cost.
