It was quick. It charged me 10usd. Smooth service.
I lost my only car key and they came to the place where my car is at to produce a new key. The key works. However the price is abnormally high! They charged nearly 800 dollars for a regular mechanical key without any remote function. I understand the fees also include unlocking my car first and after hour service (I called the service around 9 pm), but according to my research, even adding all of these expenses the charge is still much more higher (approx 4 times) than a typical price.
