Got a very basic key copy, the original key works fine but new one cannot unlock the door. Edit: thanks for the reply and increased 2 stars considering refund is an option. I may still have a try with them in the future.
The machines were easy to use. The keys were made quickly and work well on the doors I needed them for. I like that these machines are conveniently located inside the grocery stores I frequently visit.
I copied 4 keys and none of them worked
Kiosk was user friendly, easy to follow instructions. Key worked great!
