The lock that I have for duplicates can only open the knob door ,but the main lock can not. It can fit in the key hole but can not open. Duplicating time spent in safeway branch is fast. The 2 keys is schedule to be mail .
We were regular customer of Home Depot. It was cheap but Here is slightly expensive. I made 2 keys but both are not working .
Got a very basic key copy, the original key works fine but new one cannot unlock the door. Edit: thanks for the reply and increased 2 stars considering refund is an option. I may still have a try with them in the future.
