i ordered 4 keys same copy - 2 brass 2 special design. I thought it took a long time to get each one. The brass ones were not as good a fit as the special design which were smoother in lock.
They charge me for the processed key what doesn’t work and refund only part of amount, it was not my fault that your machine didn’t work properly, why I need to pay for it?
