We used KeyMe 2 times in the last 2 days. Both for rekeying locks. 1st guy was great. Super helpful, fast and good price. $85 2nd person wouldn't give a quote before starting- said he needed to take it apart to see what it looked like first. Then said it was going to be $180 to be rekeyed. We were quite surprised considering we had just paid $85 for the same thing, the day before.... my boss said never mind we'd find someone else. Called them up to get a price quote to pull my broken key out. They said the best they can do is drill it out. Told them I'll call them back. Then I proceed to get 3 more phone calls by their customer service. I found another local company that got my key out and got me two replacement keys all under 20min. And get this! $23 later, I got my new keys and headed home! If you want to be harassed by their customer service and overpay for something that can be fixed rather then drilled out. Be my guest!!
