These people are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I called to see if they offer a specific service, and when they said no, I asked if she knew of anywhere that could copy a key and she hung up on me. I thought it was an accident, so I called back, and she hung up again, so it wasn’t an accident.
Super easy process! I had to get my sister an extra key and was pleasantly surprised to find that you can create an account and save your key in case you ever lose the physical one. I’m super happy to be able to have that extra assurance as someone who’s super anxious about ever being locked out haha.
❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️they charged me $180 to just open the door in the morning. After the worker left another came harassing me for another charge. I said no because another guy came and the started to yell me thru all the building. Even he was waiting outside. I needed to wait time to go out. FOR ME THAT IS FRAUD
